Requirements to become a Volunteer

  • A calling to serve, with empathy and sensitivity toward the integral support of individuals and families.
  • Willingness to take part in training processes, ongoing education and interdisciplinary work.
  • Commitment to living out ethical principles, maintaining confidentiality and caring for the integral wellbeing of each person.
  • Availability of time to take part in service activities and events.
  • Identification with the mission and values of Fundación Esperanza Alegría de Vivir.
  • An attitude of respect, love, responsibility and teamwork.
